High pole light (tower) is generally 25-35 m in height, with wide illumination and less space than other lighting facilities, so it is widely used by ports. . The manual closing needs to pass through the cargo, and it is a certain unsafe factor to climb the concrete guard or cross the guardrail. Concentrating the control switch of the high pole light in the substation, which is controlled and managed by the substation personnel, can solve this problem, but ICompany The substation was built earlier. In the early stage of construction, the high-bar cable was laid separately, and due to the later renovation and construction increase, many buildings were led from the high pole. The time control relay control is directly added to the high pole body, and the switch lamp can be realized at a predetermined time by uniformly setting the time.

        But my port is located in the north, and the length of day and night changes rapidly throughout the year. How long does it take to adjust the time setting? When it is necessary to illuminate on a cloudy or foggy day, it must be manually operated. In this case, the air humidity is large and the manual operation is unsafe. If the light control switch is added, the control of the high pole switch by the intensity of the light can make up for the shortcoming of the time control. When the light of the field operation fails to meet the operation requirements, the lighting equipment is turned on in time. However, the sampling of the light control switch needs to be upward. Due to the pollution of the dust in the air, the sampling may be unreal, and the sky may still be bright. At this time, the lighting device has been started, and the maintenance work required by the light control switch is large. Based on the principle of saving money, ensuring the safety of operators and saving operating time, the author believes that the wireless remote control method is ideal. Under the appropriate distance, the operator can remotely control the high pole light on the main road. . The maximum distance between the high pole light and the main road is 40 m, and the remote control's operating distance is about 45 m.

The remote control transmit and receive control uses the PT2262 / PT2272 codec chip. It is a low-power, low-cost general-purpose decoder that can use up to 12-bit tri-state address pins and can provide 531 411 address codes in any combination. The signal sent by the encoding chip consists of an address code, a data code, and a synchronization code to form a complete code number. When the decoding chip receives the signal, the address code is compared and verified by two times, and the corresponding data pin outputs a high level. , so that the triode is saturated or off state, so that the output relay is powered or de-energized (see Figure 1).

Dividing each high pole into two-way control mainly has two functions: First, when there is no loading and unloading operation under the high pole light, only one street light (on duty light) can be turned on. When there is work on the spot, the two roads are fully opened to reach The purpose of ensuring safety and saving energy; secondly, when using two-way control, the selected contactor has a small capacity (12 400 W sodium lamps use a contactor with a rated capacity of 40 A). At the same time, in order to facilitate maintenance and protection, a circuit breaker of the corresponding capacity is installed at the upper port of the contactor, which can protect the power supply line of the contactor and the lamp from malfunctioning. The corresponding schematic diagram is drawn by using the PT2262/PT2272 codec chip technology.

       To ensure the internal capacity and maintenance of the receiver, the receiver output control part adopts the traditional Transistor and thyristor technology are processed. Since the high pole lamp was originally controlled by a circuit breaker, the corresponding contactor was added before the transformation. For this purpose, a 300 mm × 400 mm × 200 mm outdoor control box made of 1.5 mm thick steel plate was specially prepared, and two boxes were installed in the box. Contactors with a rated capacity of 40 A, remote control receiver, contactor receiver fuse (1 A each) and corresponding terminal strips. At the same time, in order to prevent the contactor from vibrating, the lower part of the remote control receiver is shockproof; to ensure the receiving effect, the receiver antenna is led to the outside of the outdoor box, and the outdoor box is placed near the high pole original distribution box. As long as the original circuit breaker lower line is led to the new control box contactor terminal, the contactor lower mouth can be given to each sodium lamp.

       Using wireless remote control, the operator holds the remote control and rides the bicycle on the main road of the freight yard. It is safe, shortens operating time and saves energy. Our company's 28 high-bar lights (towers), with a total power of 133.4 kW, shorten the switch light time by 45 minutes per day, which will save 100kWh, and save 36.5 million kWh in one year. The cost can be recovered during the year.
