Light source problem
The high-light sodium illumination lamp with a high power of 400W is a high-pressure sodium lamp. Its life and quality are very high. It is difficult to reach the nominal value of the manufacturer, especially some manufacturers with small scale and low technical level. The problems such as loose head and arc extinction are serious, and the service life is short, which cannot meet the actual use requirements of users. Although some reasons are caused by improper use of electrical appliances and improper use, it is an indisputable fact that the 1KW high-pressure sodium lamp has a low quality level relative to the high-pressure sodium lamp of 400W or less.
Supporting lamps and electrical problems
The operating current of 1KW high-pressure sodium lamps is 10.3A, which is 2.2 times that of 400W. Therefore, the requirements for lamps are particularly high. At present, a large number of cheap lamps are sold in the domestic market. There are fewer special lamps designed for 1KW high-pressure sodium lamps, and a large number of lamps are used for the American standard 1KW metal halide lamps (M47) (due to the introduction of eight American standard gold halides in China) Lamp production line), although the lamp power is 1KW, the lamp current of the M47 metal halide lamp is only 4.1A, which is less than the lamp current of the 400W high-pressure sodium lamp. A new type of light source--600W high-efficiency high-pressure sodium lamp is used as a high-beam illumination source. The lamp is produced by large companies such as Philips and Oslo GE. Table (2) is a comparison table of the power consumption cost of high-pole lighting operation using various light sources and different electrical appliances. It can be seen from Table (2) that 600W high-efficiency high-pressure sodium lamp is used as the high-beam illumination source under the same illumination. Operating electricity costs are the lowest, compared to the design with a 400W light source. It can save 6700-7000 degrees per year and reduce electricity costs by 2700-2800 yuan, which has good social and economic benefits.
