Monitor Requirements :

1. Compliance with current national standards and certification documents. Carbon steel adopts E43 type electrode. The quality of the electrode should comply with the latest national standard. The weld width is less than 20mm, the weld height is 1.5mm~2.5mm, the fillet weld height should be 6mm~8mm, and the weld angle is not allowed to be smaller than the design size.

2. The anti-corrosion treatment adopts hot-dip galvanizing. Before the anti-corrosion treatment, the steel components should be effectively derusted. The thickness of hot-dip galvanizing is not less than 85um, the zinc layer should be uniform, and the copper sulfate solution is used. /p>

When the etching test, 4 times or more does not expose iron, the zinc layer should be firmly bonded to the metal body. After the hammer test, the zinc layer is not peeled off and does not bulge. After immersion in zinc, passivation treatment should be carried out, and the 48h salt spray test is qualified. For every 100 m rod, the straightness error of the axis measurement does not exceed 0.5 ‰, and the linear error of the full length of the monitor rod does not exceed 1 ‰.
